Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We're happy to offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $150. Because our products vary in size, weight and warehouse location, shipping costs are calculated based on the item(s) in the order. Please note, some items are fulfilled from outside of Canada and may have Duty and Taxes that you will be responsible for paying.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times are estimates only and are not a guarantee of delivery date. Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We currently ship within Canada and the United States (some exceptions apply).
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your items using the Shop app.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. You will need to contact us within 30 days of when your item has shipped to initiate the return process.
Do you offer free returns?
No. Returns will have a flat fee of $12 within Candid, which will be deducted from your refund, unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. For US customers, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new bandana once the return is accepted.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, final sale products, or gift cards. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
