Refund policy

We want you to love every item from LittleLeashes Boutique. If something isn't quite right, here is how we handle returns:

Return Window:

Items can be returned within 30 days from date of fulfillment.

Return shipping:

Returns within Canada will have a flat rate fee of $12 which will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return postage originating from the US will be the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as food or treats (for safety reasons), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale or gift cards.

How to Start a Return: 

To start a return, click the Request Return link found here and on our website. Sign into your account using your email and the 6-digit verification code that will be emailed to you. Find the order you wish to return items from, and select "Request Return". Select each item from the order you wish to return, select return reason and any notes you wish to include, and click "Request Return".

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds: 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email on the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
