We ship across Canada and the United States.
🐾 Prince George locals: Free in-town pickup or delivery is available on most items. Note that this option cannot be combined with items that require shipping — please place separate orders if your cart includes both.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- A $12.00 CAD flat-rate return shipping fee applies
- Customers returning from the US are responsible for their own return postage
